I’m writing this on the train back to London from Edinburgh. I always feel
rather melancholy at the end of a Fringe run in the city I have grown to
love....

I saw the Children of Earth miniseries, and it's got me watching the Dr Who replays that are on BBC 3 at the moment. I always wrote it off as a children's show with low-budget BBC special effects, but I was surprised at just how fucked-up some of the stories are. Pretty good.
