Watched yesterday

Pulling: Episode 2.6 - the second season concludes on top form. In fact, all episodes of Pulling are on top form. It seems under-appreciated by the BBC though, so who knows if the tremendously talented Sharon Horgan will be able to bring us a third season? - 4/5

The Late Show - Al Pacino was the main guest, Trevor Immelman read the top ten and I didn't stick around to see David Wright, whoever he is. Pacino's a character, but really watchable. You just can't take your eyes off the guy. Dave said it himself. If you're channel-hopping and catch sight of Pacino, you just stop and watch, no matter what he's in. There are few actors you can say that about. Coincidentally and proving the point, I was flicking through the channels last night and came across The Godfather Part II, the scene at Tahoe where gunmen try to assassinate Michael. Completely absorbing, as was Dave's interview - 4/5

Britain's Got Talent - entertainment for the baying crowds (of which I'm one). The guy who sang something from Miss Saigon at the end was a journeyman. No idea what the judges saw in him - 4/5
